Lots of really concise melodies in here that tie together each track. It's an EP but an EP with absolute precision on hitting its main melodies that have a slight thematic tie due to the consistent energy and bass. There's fun and no duplication between tracks--each one feels original, and yet somehow tied together.

By the end of this, it put me in such a good, chill vibe--definitely worth listening to multiple times~

The energetic pacing and wild rhythms tie together in a way that your structure presents opportunity for this chaotic sense of appeal. I initially didn't recognize it was a battle back and forth because the song was so well laid out--it felt absolutely naturally funky and fresh.

Nicely done, carrying something so whacky and giving it the proper roadmap.

My guy, thank you for leaving a quick review, especially the comment on structure, I always struggled with it

Definitely has a strong industrial vibe, but without enough mid-tones. There's a lack of mixing preventing anything from feeling in the "middle" range that gives a feeling this song is in a HUGE room where everything has reverb applied to it in maximum overdrive.

I think as a concept this is smooth as hell, but that lack of production *kills* me. And then at the end, it's so charming for a few fleeting seconds when the instrumental is mixed up and freestyling, but it doesn't last nearly long enough. I think a bit more crazy experimentation in the middle range would've done this song MAJOR justice ^^

Thanks so much for the feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed the track. I do tend to upload a lot of my tracks to Newgrounds when they're unfinished, though I can't lie to you when I say I called it done when I uploaded this. I'll play around some more with the track though.

The progression of this song is done in such a natural way; akin to being absorbed into a futuristic neo-genesis type atmosphere. There's a lot to love with a song that paints a picture so vividly but also without oversaturating the subject.

There's *room* to be invested into this soundtrack. It's enlightening towards whatever futuristic preface made you create this beat--and hella worth listening all the way through just from the pure enjoyment of all the different elements baked in ^^

I enjoy the funky riffs, the chord progression which doesn't mind being airy and wavy, and having this echo that permeates throughout the instrumental.

I do believe the backing bass could come with some more lows to balance out that clear overlaying beat in contrast to how straightforward the lead instruments are. Definitely psychosocial but in a way that makes sense by keeping it level-headed and concise in its execution ^^

Syntrus responds:

GET OUT OF MY HEAD MAN!!! :3

Extremely interesting for something so short, but the combination of piano solos and tingy, wobbly synths add an air of mystique and danger. It's obviously fantasty-driven but also complacently entertaining.

Just a really good song that did its thing to be concise with hints of being dramatic ^^

ssymboint responds:

I'm happy you think so. Thanks! :D

Dark, mysterious, and full of intricate surprises.

That overlaying hip-hop melody crunched on top of the main theme ties together that sense of dread and fun in a weird way--I'm enjoying being patronized by such a beautiful song that hints at my death and destruction. Then there's the charming chimes and bells that bring a sense of childish wonder while the backing chord synths are trying their best to contradict or forewarn.

So playful and charming for something so drenched in mysterious undertones and beckoning for caution at the same time ^^;

The mix is really f*cking solid here !!

The lyrics and raspy voice are so complimentary of that sing-songy high-lifting but depressing undertones instrumental. I *do* think it's a bit corny in some places, but altogether a really good f*cking bop !! ^^

thank you so much for the feedback <3 <3 i will do my best to improve !!!

"Feelingz" indeed.

A literal *wave* of emotions in the beginning that are systematically upped in the ante without immediately showing how whacky or wild this chord progression and lead instrumentation are going to get later on. As a listener, you're allowed to paint the cinematic endeavor of whatever is going on with this song by such a sweet, and intelligently melodramatic breakdown in the middle. I was literally taken aback by how fast the tempo got, but was allowed for context by the previous parts of the song and it circled into full enjoyment as a momentous concept.

I wholeheartedly feel like I experienced whatever was going on in this setting and was given a purpose or context throughout that experience ^^

Conceptually, a LOT like my favorite musician WaxTerk, but you've managed to take the dystopic, computer-virus-ish-y genre and turn it either on its head or into something completely unique.

I enjoy the different chances to hear small, compacted styles within a long-running song such as this. There is a lot of muddy-ness and not nearly enough high-tones in the middle of the beginning half, but by the middle of the song those high-note chords save the lifeblood of the main melody. The mix feels like it can use some polishing in a few places, but by the time I reach the vocal sample for "Aperture Science" I am fully invested and very glad to have made it that far.

Well done, very dystopic, and charming in a way as well ^^

thanks for the comment xinxinix! my mixing game is definitely not the strongest as well as making consistent and good flowing melodies. i appreciate the specifics in the feedback so i can keep note to improve those points for future songs :]
