Really cute character and an exquisite display of ability for anatomy!

The real deficit feels like it's inside the line art's color, because it's just *too* bright and conceals a lot of the charm that you'd feel from a character like this being "full-fleshed" in a way that they should feel a part of reality. Maybe they're part of an AI world right now, but the white and light-blue aren't doing the well-made shapes any justice T.T

Also the bottom part of the dress itself feels chunky at the bottom whereas the weight of the clothing should be coming off of the hip instead of bunching up on top of the thighs like a couch cushion.

Overall a very neat design though, and I love the way you do anatomy ^^

There's a lot going on with the costume (or get-up) that coherently makes sense, like the shoulder pads opening up and the thin ligaments to make them look fast and agile, which I'm assuming is the point you wanted to get across with them. The axe itself seems like the shape is lost behind all the spikes, and the glow effect, but altogether a really badass design ^^
