We have answers to your frequently asked questions, directions, and even definitive dates! Everything that might have been lost upon reading the original rules will now be addressed.

Q: I haven't received my Secret Santa yet.

A: You can expect the Secret Santas to start rolling out December 3rd. I big thank you to everyone that has been patient.

Q: I haven't received my Secret Santa role in the NGP Discord yet.

A: To get your role, please ping "Xinxinix" in NGP's Discord Server with a link to your post in the Secret Santa entry thread.

Q: Can I help with planning or drawing?

A: I'll be asking to help fill in for those that didn't receive their drawings at the end of the Secret Santa on Dec. 25th.

Q: What do we do with our drawing when it's finished?

A: Send it directly to me.

Q: How do we upload high quality versions to NG?

A: Use your NG file dump for high res.

Q: Can I include my name on it or who it's To and From?

A: Yeah!

Q: When can I upload it?

A: December 27th, after we've uploaded it to a big "reveal thread" like last year.

Q: Should I tell my Secret Santa I'm drawing their character?

A: Absolutely not.

Q: Am I drawing the same person that's drawing mine?

A: Your Secret Santa was randomized within your group.

Q: What if I need to tell my Secret Santa something?

A: Contact me and I will relay the information ^^

Q: When will these be posted?

A: December 25th, when it's been Christmas all over the world, so like 2am EST or something. We'll post them into a Newgrounds thread and tag everyone whose drawing is for who. I don't currently need help with this.

Q: Is there any other way to help?

A: NGP is selling event-related merch this season to support families in need.

Q: Are the stickers the reason why the Secret Santas have been delayed until now?

A: Absolutely not. Yes it took a lot of additional organizing, but it's mainly the work I've been doing with NGP. This is a part of that, but definitely not a large chunk of the whole.

Q: Are you okay?

A: Yes--all this takes a lot to organize, so please be patient. You've all been grouped according to a specific criteria for a reason.

Q: It says I've been sent the Secret Santa, but I haven't received it on Newgrounds?

A: There's a big chance I sent it to your Discord.

Q: I've messaged you on Newgrounds and you haven't responded?

A: More than likely I've reached the PM limit of 100 PMs a day on Newgrounds and will be unable to respond.

Q: Why are we organized into groups, isn't that unfair in some way?

A: Are you unhappy with your Secret Santa? I can deal with some cases if that's the reason, but then I'll go over the art on your profile, your reference, whether or not you participated last year, and all the little minute factors of what and why you are where you are, but that takes time and I only have so much. It's all there in the original thread, if you're curious.

Q: How do I change my team name?

A: DM me a cool name and I'll change it to that.
