How will accepted applications be determined? Will it be entirely based on quality or is there an aspect of first-come first-serve that I should be worried about?

they dont *have* to be, but it'd tank your score based on our criteria since "writing" and "style" would be impossible for us to judge without english elements in the poem as well ^^;
