What's great is if your SS wanted to, they could message you the SS themselves.
Can you at least have the pictures sent your way available in case they don't get posted to NG? I don't have an hour to waste looking for a picture in a video that I might miss if I get distracted for a second. Last year's system was alright as it was, but if you didn't want to deal with the volume you could have told people to send their gifts via dm.
I set time apart to work on my picture as everyone involved did, just to have it unavailable the day of. With the video, it also became unavailable for the person I made it for. I had to send it via dm anyway, because I can't disrespect someone by telling them 'you know your gift, it's somewhere in that pile, go get it yourself'. You could have just streamed a slideshow with the tracks on the background. I won't participate in this next year, I'll probably just pick someone at random and send them a drawing.
I'm not going to read this whole thing because I'm sure you're just hurt.
Message me if you want the file for your SS, beyond that, I can only offer my condolences and move on.

Thanks so much for organising this opportunity. I will definitely join next year's. Everyone should be so proud of the work they created because it was awesome! Hope my secret santa enjoyed theirs and I certainly enjoyed the one I had :)!
