Newgrounds really has that pull for a lot of people. I've known about NG and visited here and there since around '04, but it wasn't until around 2012-2013 when I revisited after setting it aside for a few years. I forget exactly how I arrived back on NG, but I remember I was visiting family in Chicago for a wedding. I basically stayed up all night completely inspired by the art portal until morning, passed out for 2 hours, and woke up late which caused us to get late to the wedding. True story. Anyways, from then on I've visited the site nearly everyday for 7-8 years. I owe a lot to NG for inspiring me and allowing me to meet literally all of my best friends. Shit pretty much changed my life and I have a ton of great memories because of NG.

Happy late New Year man, you make great stuff and your involvement in the community is felt.
